John grew up on the South Carolina coast, and Jessica in the mountains of Virginia. They both moved to Greenville in 2008 but wouldn’t meet until 2017. And the rest, as they say, is history. Together, they have almost two decades of experience training and leading some of the best teams in their respective fields. John’s career experience has been in automotive, solar, and roofing sales, while Jessica worked in healthcare leadership.
When John and Jessica felt that something was lacking in their careers and community, they developed a desire to create a company that operates on the principles of being ethical, transparent, trustworthy, and of excellent value. They aim to build lasting relationships with each client and treat their team like family. After all, most of it is!
When they’re not installing or repairing residential or commercial roofs, John and Jessica spend time with their five pups, enjoying the great outdoors, getting to know their community, enjoying a good cup of coffee, or checking out the local breweries.
Jessica is also a member of National Women in Roofing and a volunteer financial coach at the Dream Center.
