What is included in the plan?  Our plans can be set up annually or semi-annually.  Both include removal of roof and gutter debris, full inspection of exterior and attic, repair of nail-pops, flashing reinforcement if needed, checking for damaged or misplaced shingles, checking for any pipe/vent boot damage (first pipe boot replacement included in plan cost).  Ready.
